How fast will my order arrive?
Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days. Other Emirates: 2–4 business days. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day usually ship the same day.
How much is delivery?
Free in Abu Dhabi over AED 150 (AED 20 below that). Other Emirates: flat AED 25, free over AED 250.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Start a return via WhatsApp or email — see our Returns policy for details.
Is gift wrapping really free?
Yes — every single order is hand-wrapped at the studio. Add a note at checkout if it is a gift and we will include a handwritten card.
Can I order in bulk for my company or event?
We love corporate gifting. Email us or message on WhatsApp with quantities and your date, and we will put together options and pricing.
