Delivery times

Orders within Abu Dhabi are delivered in 1–2 business days. Orders to the other Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah) arrive in 2–4 business days.

Orders placed before 2pm (Abu Dhabi time) on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday are dispatched on Sunday.

Delivery fees

Delivery within Abu Dhabi is FREE for orders over AED 150. Below that, a flat AED 20 delivery fee applies.

Delivery to other Emirates is charged at a flat AED 25, free for orders over AED 250.

Gift wrapping

Every Tiny Inks order leaves the studio gift-wrapped by hand, free of charge. If your order is a gift, add a note at checkout and we will include a handwritten card.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you place your order, and a tracking link by email (and WhatsApp, if provided) once it is dispatched.

Cash on delivery & international shipping

Cash on delivery inside the UAE: to be confirmed — contact us before ordering if you need COD.

International shipping: to be confirmed — message us on WhatsApp with your city and we will quote a rate.
